Simon's Tacos started with one idea: make the food we grew up eating, in the town we call home. No fusion. No shortcuts. Just carne asada the way it's supposed to be — grilled to order, loaded into a warm tortilla, and handed to you through a window.

We've been feeding Sioux Falls from our two locations for years. The recipes haven't changed. The faces in the kitchen haven't changed. The only thing that changes is whether you order one taco or six.
